Spring Time!

Can’t believe another week has passed by! This week I will hit my 4th month. So crazy. The weather is so much better now. We are in the 70’s today! I have never seen grass this green.

On Friday we drove all the way to Cleveland for a meeting. And then back home of course. So that Friday was a day full of driving! But I learned a lot from that meeting. I learned how important it is to be ambitious! Don’t be lazy. Elder Holland says "Kick when you don’t want to kick and stroke when you don’t want to stroke." That’s when we see blessings! When we show our Heavenly Father how hard we work.

One of our investigators, Suzanne is doing great. We are going to ask her to be baptized on a specific date this week. She is our sweet little 80 year old investigator. She was just recently diagnosed with breast cancer a couple weeks ago so we don’t know how much longer she has. But that’s okay!! The Lord has put her in our path at the perfect time. Please keep her in your prayers.

Everything is going great here in Findlay. We are continuing to search for people who are prepared to receive the restored Gospel. The spiritual thought for the week:

"God cares a lot more about who we are and who we are becoming than about who we once were. He cares that we keep on trying." – Elder Reglund of the Seventy

Love you all!

Elder Gallegos

PS here’s a pic taken in our backyard. Flowers are starting to bloom. The grass is sooo green here.
